This machine is primarily used for the recycling and reuse of waste materials such as polyurethane foam, rubber, PE, EVA, and EPE, with a particular focus on processing industrial waste to reduce environmental pollution. It initially shreds the aforementioned materials using a high-power shredder, then further refines them into uniform particles via an efficient crusher to ensure consistent material size. Subsequently, the processed materials are mixed with eco-friendly binders and subjected to stable pressure from a hydraulic system, complemented by a precisely controlled steam-curing process. This ensures thorough material reaction under high temperature and pressure, forming cylindrical recycled foam blocks through cylindrical molds, a structure optimized for subsequent processing.
The drying phase employs natural ventilation to evaporate moisture. Following this, a Round Cylinder Peeling Machine equipped with high-precision knife skiving the cylindrical foam into continuous thin sheets with adjustable thickness. Finally, a laminating machine bonds the sheets with PE film or fabric through heat pressing to produce diverse end products such as carpet underlays, shoe materials, and packaging materials, catering to various industry needs.
This series of cylindrical steam-pressure binder-forming recycled foam machines includes single-line, dual-line, triple-line, quadruple-line, quintuple-line, sextuple-line, and septuple-line continuous production lines, designed for high efficiency. Capable of handling large material volumes, it meets the demands of high-output foam production. The cylindrical steam-pressure binder-forming technology, combined with an advanced PLC control system, ensures uniform internal density, smooth surfaces, excellent resilience, and superior quality that complies with international industry standards, with an overall density deviation of ≤5-8%.
